تحذير قانوني رسمي.صادرعن.مؤسسة تنمية الإبداع العربي مدرسة إحياء التراث الفكري والحضاري.أكاديمية الإبداع.بشأن: حقوق الملكية الفكرية عنوان "المغني والحكاء"، الذي نشرته مريم الصايغ عام 2001،
 
يتكون من جزأين:
 
الجزء الأول، "المغني والحكاء"، ركّز على المطربين والملحنين.
الجزء الثاني تناول الشعراء الخالدين، وتحليل طواويس الجمال من المطربين، بالإضافة إلى الشعراء والنقاد الذين يقدرون الشعر بعمق.

تحذر مؤسسة تنمية الإبداع العربي، ومدرسة إحياء التراث الفكري والحضاري، وأكاديمية الإبداع بشدة من أي استخدام غير مصرح به لهذه العناوين أو المحتويات، والتي تمّت سرقتها من موقع إلكتروني تابع، حيث كانت رئيسة المؤسسة، الكاتبة والروائية مريم الصايغ، تنشر من عام 2007 إلى 2023.
 
تحذير قانوني إضافي
يُمنع منعًا باتًا القيام بالإجراءات التالية:
استخدام عنوان "دفاتر حب لا تسقط أبدًا" لأي كتاب آخر، سواء بنفس المحتوى أو بمحتوى مختلف.
إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي جزء من الكتب أو المقالات المسروقة دون إذن صريح من أصحاب الحقوق الشرعيين.
استخدام العنوان أو أي جزء من المحتوى في أعمال تجارية أو أدبية أخرى دون ترخيص رسمي.
أولًا: حقوق الملكية الفكرية للكتب
الكتب التالية محمية بالكامل بموجب القوانين المحلية والدولية للملكية الفكرية:
 
العنوان "المغني والحكاء"
العنوان "محاكمات القمح" ومحتوى "حوار مع صديقي المتطرف"
الكتاب "دفاتر حب لا تسقط أبدًا"
القوانين والاتفاقيات التي تحمي هذه الحقوق:
اتفاقية برن لحماية المصنفات الأدبية والفنية، التي تمنح المؤلفين حقوقًا فور النشر.
القانون المصري رقم 82 لعام 2002 بشأن حماية الملكية الفكرية.
قانون حماية حقوق الطبع والنشر السعودي.
القانون الإماراتي رقم 7 لعام 2002 بشأن حقوق التأليف والحقوق المجاورة.
قوانين حقوق الطبع والنشر في الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
ثانيًا: حظر استخدام العنوان أو المحتوى
يحظر منعًا باتًا:
 
استخدام عنوان "المغني والحكاء"، أو "محاكمات القمح"، أو محتوى "حوار مع صديقي المتطرف" أو أي من المقالات ال4,990 المسروقة التي نُشرت على الموقع التابع للبروفيسور مريم الصايغ.
استخدام عنوان "دفاتر حب لا تسقط أبدًا" لأي كتاب، بغض النظر عن المحتوى.
إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي جزء من المحتوى المسروق دون إذن صريح.
استخدام العنوان أو أي جزء من المحتوى في أعمال تجارية أو أدبية دون تصريح رسمي.
ثالثًا: المسؤولية القانونية والعقوبات
أي انتهاك لهذه الحقوق سيؤدي إلى:
 
اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية فورية ضد الطرف المخالف، بما في ذلك رفع دعاوى قضائية لحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
المطالبة بتعويضات مالية ضخمة عن أي أضرار مادية أو أدبية نتجت عن التعدي.
أوامر قضائية بوقف نشر أو توزيع أي عمل منتهك.
رابعًا: التحذير النهائي
أي محاولة لاستخدام:
 
العنوان "المغني والحكاء"، أو "محاكمات القمح"، أو محتوى "حوار مع صديقي المتطرف"، أو المقالات ال4,990 المسروقة.
العنوان "دفاتر حب لا تسقط أبدًا" أو محتواه.
دون ترخيص قانوني، ستُواجه بإجراءات قانونية صارمة لحماية الحقوق الفكرية والأدبية.

Regarding Intellectual Property Rights
 
The title "The Singer and the Storyteller", published by Maryam Al-Sayegh in 2001, consists of two parts:
 
The first part, "The Singer and the Storyteller", focused on singers and composers.
The second part covered immortal poets and the analysis of the peacocks of beauty, among singers, poets, and poet-critics who deeply appreciate poetry.

The content of "Dialogue with My Extremist Friend"
4,990 articles that were stolen
The Arab Creativity Development Foundation, the School for Reviving Intellectual and Civilizational Heritage, and the Creativity Academy strictly warn against any unauthorized use of these titles or content, which were stolen from an affiliated website where the foundation’s president, the writer and novelist Maryam Al-Sayegh, had been publishing from 2007 to 2023.
 
Additional Legal Warning
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
 
Using the title "Notebooks of Love That Never Fall" for any other book, regardless of its content.
Republishing or distributing any part of the stolen books or articles without explicit permission from the legitimate rights holders.
Using the title or any part of the content in any commercial or literary work without an official license.
First: Intellectual Property Rights of the Books
The following books are fully protected under local and international intellectual property laws:

La Fondation pour le Développement de la Créativité Arabe, l'École de la Renaissance du Patrimoine Intellectuel et Civilisationnel, et l'Académie de la Créativité avertissent strictement contre toute utilisation non autorisée de ces titres ou contenus, qui ont été volés d'un site web affilié où la présidente de la fondation, l’écrivaine et romancière Maryam Al-Sayegh, publiait de 2007 à 2023.

Les actions suivantes sont strictement interdites :
 
Utiliser le titre « Carnets d'Amour Qui Ne Tombent Jamais » pour tout autre livre, quel qu’en soit le contenu.
Republier ou distribuer toute partie des livres ou articles volés sans autorisation explicite des détenteurs légitimes des droits.
Utiliser le titre ou tout extrait du contenu dans des œuvres commerciales ou littéraires sans licence officielle.
Premièrement : Droits de Propriété Intellectuelle des Livres
Les livres suivants sont entièrement protégés par les lois locales et internationales de propriété intellectuelle :

Utiliser le titre « Carnets d'Amour Qui Ne Tombent Jamais » pour tout livre, quel qu’en soit le contenu.
Republier ou distribuer toute partie du contenu volé sans autorisation explicite.
Utiliser le titre ou tout extrait du contenu dans des œuvres commerciales ou littéraires sans autorisation officielle.
Troisièmement : Responsabilité Juridique et Sanctions
Toute violation de ces droits entraînera :
 
Des poursuites judiciaires immédiates contre la partie fautive.
Des demandes de compensation financière importantes pour tout préjudice matériel ou moral.
Des ordonnances judiciaires pour arrêter la publication ou la distribution de toute œuvre violant ces droits.
Quatrièmement : Avertissement Final
Toute tentative d'utilisation de ces titres ou contenus sans autorisation légale entraînera des sanctions juridiques sévères.
